Oknha Ly Hour, who was born in Kampong Cham province, Kingdom of Cambodia, was one of the victims during Pol Pot regime.The incipient stage of his business derived from 0.25 ounce of gold in early 1980s, which has enabled him to become a leading money exchange and successful businessman in Cambodia over two decades. Within the last few years, Oknha Ly Hour has expanded his businesses into different sectors of growth stipulating experience investment to invest most of his capital in various kinds of business such as real estate, construction and financial sectors. Oknha Ly Hour has contributed a lot of his personal property for community development. His great contributions to the country’s economy development and the improvement of education standard have resulted in numerous letters of recognition, awards and medal.
