Vimean Phnom Penh City

Ly Hour Group has just developed a new project namely “Vimean Phnom Penh City”. The project launch was officially held on May 27, 2011 with almost 1000 participants invited to this auspicious event. This project aims at building 595 residences on 175,000 sqm in Chraing Chamres 1 commune, Ressey Keo district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

All residences are built in four different types: (1) Luxury Mansion, (2) Superior Villa, (3) Twin Villa, and (4) Town House. Besides these residences, the project will also build one sport club on the 3,000 sqm to create recreation activities for all residences.
